VACANCY - Safety Assessor Cosmetics (Junior Toxicologist)

[PLEASE APPLY NO LATER THAN January 15, 2026!]
The Regulatory Company (TRC) is seeking a Junior Safety Assessor to join our team in short term. We work with an international client based. We offer clear growth opportunities, academic-level mentorship and competitive compensation.

Ready to build your career where cosmetic safety assessment meets smart software? The Regulatory Company (TRC) is hiring a full-time Safety Assessor (Junior Toxicologist) to support Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSR), ingredient exposure assessments, and PIF building, working closely with our toxicology, regulatory, and PRIMS teams.

You will receive structured training and mentoring, with a clear path to grow into a senior role, while working on varied cosmetic portfolios and international regulatory requirements. Thanks to the automation within PRIMS, which replaces much of the manual work, you can focus early on the core aspects of safety assessment and regulatory substantiation. You will be supervised by a senior safety assessor who is actively involved in academic toxicology education (Leiden University).

Fluent communication in English, both written and oral, is essential for efficient communication with clients and collection of data and documents.

Affinity with and interest in software solutions is important. Affinity with cosmetics, product formulations and technical aspects is appreciated.
We offer flexible working hours, competitive compensation and a very pleasant work environment in the center of The Hague (10 minutes walk from the Central Station).
